About Us

The Twin City Black History Association (TCBHA), situated in Texarkana, USA, boasts a rich legacy of fostering unity. Central to our mission is the coordination of events that illuminate the diverse facets of the city, honoring the cultural significance of Black History Month. Recognizing Black History as an integral component of American heritage, TCBHA dedicates the month of February to commemorating this rich legacy through a variety of engaging activities, which include the Citywide Church Service, Black History Parade, Youth Rally, and the Sandra Calloway Scholarship Memorial, complemented by ongoing charitable endeavors throughout the year.
